1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern both the use of this website and the booking and participation in services offered by Maui Color Studio. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Services

Maui Color Studio provides personal color analysis, wardrobe edit and styling sessions, and private group events. All services are consultative and educational in nature, offering guidance on how color interacts with your natural features and how it can be applied in everyday life.

3. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked in advance. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment and then the remainder of the payment will be collected at the time of service.

Pricing is subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit. No shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If Maui Color Studio must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a session or service has been completed.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.

Color analysis is based on professional assessment and visual evaluation. Results are inherently subjective, and individual preferences may vary.

7. Wardrobe & Styling Sessions

Wardrobe sessions are available only to clients who have completed a personal color analysis.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for in-home sessions.

8. Private Group Events

Group sessions are customized based on the needs and structure of each event. Not all participants may receive individual color analysis unless arranged in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials provided during or after sessions, is the property of Maui Color Studio and is intended for personal use only.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Website Use

This website is provided for general information and service booking purposes.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use any content in a way that violates applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.
